Privacy Policy

We would like to inform you that due to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), East-Pol Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. and East-Pol. Sp. z o. o. have adapted their personal data processing processes to new rules.

Considering strong personal and infrastructural links between the two companies, we concluded an agreement to co-control personal data. In view of the above, please be informed that the co-controllers of your personal data are East-Pol Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. (Co-controller 1) with its registered office in Krakow (30-003) ul. Under the agreement to co-control personal data by and between Co-controllers, we agreed on the scopes of our responsibility with regard to the fulfilment of obligations arising out of GDPR. In particular we agreed that:


• Co-controller 1 is responsible for the fulfilment of information obligation with regard to you.
• Co-controller 2 is responsible for making the exercise of your rights possible. Irrespective of this arrangement, you may exercise your rights also in respect of Co-controller 1. In such case, we will transfer your request to Co-controller 2 who will process the request.
• We have established a joint contact point to be contacted in personal data protection matters via e-mail

Purposes and bases of personal data processing:
• personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding/performing an agreement and enabling and maintaining contact with the Client with whom co-controllers intend to conclude an agreement or have already concluded an agreement;
• the basis of personal data processing is the conclusion/performance of the agreement and legitimate interest of Co-controllers – enabling and maintaining contact with the Client (Article 6(1b) and 6(1f) of GDPR);

Range, period of time and method of processing data:
• following personal data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
• personal data is processed until claims resulting from concluded agreements become time-barred; -- personal data may be or is made available to following categories of recipients: authorised bodies of public administration, in particular tax offices and banks with which the data controller cooperates;
• personal data is processed in a safe IT infrastructure in Poland, and is not made available to hosting providers;
• personal data is properly secured;
• you can obtain a copy of your data by sending a request to office@east-pol.eu.


Your rights
• you have the right to: demand access to your personal data; rectify or erase your personal data; limit the processing of your personal data; object to the processing of your personal data; and transfer your personal data;
• you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• the provision of personal data is voluntary; it is, however, necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement with the Client. If personal data is not provided, the agreement cannot be concluded and performed.

As required by Article 14 (5)(a)(b) of the GDPR, due to the fact that informing each owner of personal data that are processed by the Co-Administrators, would require a disproportionately large effort, we inform you about the processing of personal data in a public manner by posting this clause on our website
